How it started
The owners of this charming bungalow style home were ready to move on to the next phase of their life and we were happy to help them take that next step.
The owners had smoked throughout the entire time they lived there. The smoke damage was so intense that when the wall art was removed, one could still see a white silhouette of the soldier sculptures surrounded by yellow walls.
How it ended
We kept the character of the bungalow intact including the beautiful wooden trim and exposed brick. We created a custom barn door and butcher block counters to tie the original elements of the home into a modern design.
We maximized the space in this small bungalow by opening up the kitchen for an open living concept and reconfigured the layout of the home, upgrading it from three bedrooms into four.
